These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the digital platform and services provided under the brand name Jurex.AI, owned and operated by Insphire Digi Tech Pvt Ltd, having its registered office at D270 305A Vista Business Tower, Sector 74, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Mohali, Punjab 140307, India (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By subscribing to or using Jurex.AI, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Data Processing Agreement, all of which form a binding legal agreement.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

4.1. Subscription & Access

1.1. Subscription Model Jurex.AI operates on a subscription-based model, providing users access to its digital tools, templates, and AI-powered features for the duration of the selected billing cycle — monthly, quarterly, or annually.

4.1.2. Activation & Renewal

Subscriptions are activated immediately upon successful payment.

Unless canceled before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for the next term at the then-current rate.

Renewal notifications or invoices may be sent to your registered email before renewal, where required by law.

4.1.3. Payment Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.

Failure to process payments may result in temporary suspension or termination of access.

The Company reserves the right to modify subscription plans or fees with prior notice.

4.1.4. Access Rights

A valid subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during the active term.

Use of the platform is entirely at your own responsibility and risk.

4.2.3. Limitation of Liability

Jurex.AI, its parent company, founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any legal, financial, or business loss resulting from the use or misuse of generated content.

The platform and all related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any express or implied warranties.

4.3. Account Responsibility

4.3.1. Account Creation To use the platform, you must register using accurate and complete information. Misrepresentation or impersonation of another individual or entity is strictly prohibited.

4.3.2. Confidentiality You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must immediately notify us at support@jurex.ai.

4.3.3. Acceptable Use Users agree not to:

Share, resell, or publicly distribute templates generated through the platform.

Use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activity.

Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or disrupt platform functionality.

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.

4.4. Payments & Billing

4.4.1. Payment Methods

Payments are securely processed through verified third-party payment gateways.

Accepted payment methods and billing currencies are displayed at checkout.

4.4.2. Recurring Payments

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge recurring payments automatically until canceled.

Users may disable auto-renewal anytime from their account dashboard.

4.4.3. Taxes & Fees

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Taxes, where applicable, will be added at checkout based on your billing jurisdiction.

4.4.4. Billing Disputes If you notice an error in billing or payment, you must contact support@jurex.ai within 7 business days of the charge to initiate a review.

4.5. Termination of Service

4.5.1. User-Initiated Termination You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not trigger a refund for the current cycle (see our Refund Policy for details).

4.5.2. Company-Initiated Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is detected.

Payments repeatedly fail.

These Terms are violated.

Upon termination:

All rights to access the platform and content end immediately.

Any data or templates stored in your account may be deleted after 30 days unless legally required to retain them.

4.6. Intellectual Property

4.6.1. Ownership All trademarks, platform code, UI/UX elements, and digital templates are the exclusive intellectual property of Insphire Digi Tech Pvt Ltd, operating under the brand Jurex.AI.

4.6.2. License to Use You receive a limited license to use generated templates for internal or business use only during your active subscription term.

You may not:

Reproduce, resell, or distribute templates outside your organization.

Claim ownership of AI-generated outputs as original legal work without modification or review.

4.6.3. Violation Any violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination and legal action under applicable laws.

4.7. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s total aggregate liability arising from the use of Jurex.AI will not exceed the total subscription amount paid by you in the last 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm.

Users accept full responsibility for verifying the accuracy and compliance of any generated document.

4.8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Punjab, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

All disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mohali, Punjab, India.

4.9. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in business practices, legal requirements, or platform functionality. Users will be notified of material updates via email or platform notice, and continued use implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
